The Domaine les Hautes-Brigui\u00e8res belongs to the southern Rh\u00f4ne Valley vineyard<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Domaine Les Hautes-Brigui\u00e8res has its roots in Southern Rh\u00f4ne Valley<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 2nd French AOC vineyard (in volume with 2.2M hl)
\u2013 32 appellations
\u2013 from the north of Dr\u00f4me to the Proven\u00e7al foothills, the vineyard follows the Rh\u00f4ne river, which is the common denominator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our character wines come from the Ventoux AOC: an appellation at the foot of a mountain<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We produce our wines under the\u2019Appellation d\u2019Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e AOC Ventoux<\/strong>, an AOC that derives its identity from the imposing presence of the Mount Ventoux<\/strong> \u2014 limestone giant peaking at 1,912 meters<\/strong>, nicknamed the \u00abGiant of Provence\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, this colossus is a well-known challenge for cyclists worldwide. But its geological origin is more surprising, since during the Miocene Epoch, it was an island in the middle of the sea! This Giant of Provence plays a decisive role in the climate of our vineyard: it generates among the coolest and latest-ripening conditions in the southern Rh\u00f4ne Valley<\/strong>. Harvesting takes place later there than elsewhere in the South, which promotes a slow and gradual maturation of the grapes. Result: wines with a fine aromatic freshness<\/strong>, with a natural tension rare in these southern latitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hautes-Brigui\u00e8res estate is located in a classified and preserved environment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our vineyard is set in a natural environment of exceptional richness: we work within the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park<\/strong>, a protected territory that preserves unique landscapes, species, and ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This park is also dual UNESCO Biosphere Reserve<\/strong> \u2014 international recognition that highlights the ecological and landscape value of the territory. Working the vines here means embracing a responsibility toward this natural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
