WELCOME TO DOMAINE LES HAUTES BRIGUIÈRES
The "Les Hautes-Briguières" estate is located in the Vaucluse department in Mormoiron, a small village on the southern slope of Mont Ventoux.
The 38-hectare estate is unique in that it is situated on a hill at an elevation of 350 meters. As a result, the vineyard plots enjoy maximum sunlight.
The site’s geology is typical of the Provence region: clay and limestone soil with terraced plots.
Our family practices diversified farming, so our farm reflects the variety of crops found in Provence and around the Mediterranean: olive oil, cherries, and Muscat grapes.

THEN AND NOW…
Our family has been cultivating this land for over 150 years, and for three generations we have been tending these terraces and crops with the utmost respect for the environment. Centuries-old vines and olive trees bear witness to the deep roots of agriculture on the estate.
In 2000, the family farm took a new step forward. We decided to return to winemaking and turn our passion into reality by establishing the “Les Hautes Briguières” winery. The wine is now produced in the winery’s cellar.
Today, our estate combines tradition and modernity:
Tradition: old vines harvested by hand, extended vatting, and oak aging, resulting in wines with powerful, oaky character.
Modern facilities: a modern winery that makes maximum use of gravity in the winemaking process, featuring a refrigeration system, air conditioning, a destemmer-crusher, a plate press, and temperature-controlled fermentation tanks made of lined concrete and stainless steel.
